Mommy Crowd is an Online Marketplace, honoured to bring many businesses together in one easy to find location.

When you shop from Mommy Crowd, your order email goes directly to the Brand, so there is no need to shop around.

When you shop with Mommy Crowd you are shopping directly with the Original Brand who set up these products for sale and you are supporting a mom owned business.

We sell products from mom owned businesses all around the world.

To purchase an item:

  1. Locate the product you love.
  2. Click the ‘add to cart’ icon.
  3. Click ‘checkout’ and proceed to our secure payment facility.

If you have a coupon to receive a discount, please use this prior completion of your order.

Ta-da !!! Enjoy.

Unfortunately, once a sale or promotion has ended, the offer is no longer valid. All promotions have a predetermined end date found on their banner advertisements.

If you are unsure when a sale or promotion is ending, contact the friendly Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible.

All gifts are posted directly from our Brands.

Due to limitations by some of our courier partners, a very small number of postal codes may be exempt from free shipping or cannot be delivered to. If your address is not deliverable or has a small surcharge, we will be in contact very soon. 

As a Marketplace most of our prices include shipping.

There are a select few larger items which may charge a surcharge and you will see this in the product listing. If it does not state this on the product listing at all, then the price you see is the price you pay. 

If you have a tracking number please log onto the Postal Companies website to check the tracking of your product or go to the tracking page on our website.

If you wish to ask our Creators a question about their product you can simply do this if you choose the item you wish to enquire about and then click the ‘Product Enquiry’ icon; you will receive a personal reply within 24 hours directly from the Brand who own the store within the Mommy Crowd Marketplace, you are shopping from.

If you have a more general question about shopping with us that is not been addressed in the FAQs, you can email us at customer@mommycrowd.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and payment details, however, this is used for the sole purpose of completing your sales transaction and posting your purchase to you.

As we are an online Marketplace all payments are processed through our payment portal.

Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with support from PayPal.

Yes, this is a perfect way to show your love and care without double handling, and rest assured that we will not include the paperwork that reflects a price.

If you would like an invoice this is available for you to download from your Mommy Crowd account.

Do not forget to add Gift Wrapping for a small fee if offered by some of our Brands.

Although we encourage careful selection, there may be a moment where you feel the need to return a purchase, Within 30 days simply pay the cost of return postage and we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.

All items must be returned in original condition and be able to be resold, unless faulty.

Items that are non-refundable include:

  • Personalised products.
  • Made-to-order furniture.
  • Underwear.
  • Earrings for pierced ears.
  • Food items.
  • Swimwear.

This is terrible and oh so inconvenient.

Please follow these steps and we will get this sorted for you.

  1. Email us via customer@mommycrowd.com
  2. We will then make contact with the brand who sells your gift and they may choose to EITHER post another or supply you with postage material so that you can post your purchase back to them to be fixed.
  3. We will work with you to get this sorted as soon as possible for you.

As Mommy Crowd is an Online Marketplace, we do not post any gifts from our office, all gifts are shipped directly from our brands to you.

As most of our Brands are Based all over the world we have our focus on the most common postal companies.
